I just wanted to let everyone know how much my wife and i enjoyed the experience of the dealership and to put it simple the niceness of everyone there from the general manager to the sales person who new the answers to the Questions my wife and i had and we where nerveous about leaseing or buying and we felt at ease leaseing we have always gone to one dealership and thought we would try another dealership and i am very happy to say that we will never go to anyone else and i will be telling my friends about my experience thank you so very much for everything ands ps i hope everyone liked the coffee cake i made for them

Today, we bought my wonderful husband a brand new Chevy Avalanche. After spending most of the day looking at other dealerships, we were lucky enough to land in the helpful hands of Tom. Several other dealerships around the area made you feel "slime covered" after you dealt with them. Tom, Lee and Jeff at Baierl were not only very fair but relaxed, kind and knowledgable. You will not find a more peaceful environment to make your big purchase. Thanks guys, we'll be back for more.
FOUND A CAR, 02/17/2012
I called Randy on he phone he fixed me up with a 08 Civic . The car drove smooth and peppy with its 5 speed. So much better then a GM Cobalt .The Civic is a solid car and very safe. The GMs are cheaper but do not have the 6 air bags or the fit and finish and smooth ride. Its worth the money when you buy Honda.- Chevy- new CRUISE is made in China and will never stand up in time like a Honda.

Mr. John Cain provided my wife and me with a wonderful car buying experience. We explained to him what we were looking for and the price range that we did not want to waiver from and he was able to work with us effectively and efficiently. There was no pressure whatsoever throughout the process and John was able to provide us with a fair and equitable deal that left us feeling good and stress free. I stopped at seven different dealerships looking for a specific car. When I finished at Baierl, I knew I had what I wanted. Tom Sensenich was cordial without being pushy, not like other salesmen that I had dealt with. They gave me a great price on my trade-in, and were very patient with me while I arranged for payment. Only one other dealership gave me similar service, but Baierl had exactly what I wanted. Thank you!

My husband and I recently purchased a 2012 Outback. We have to say Jason Miller was outstanding! We had been speaking with other Suburu dealerships but found Jason to be very knowledgeable, insightful and helpful. He listened to our concerns and what we were expecting from the car and advised us appropriately. Kudos to Jason!
