Every season has its charms, but there’s something so uniquely refreshing about fall. After the heat of summer, cool temperatures and crisp breezes are a welcome change. It also doesn’t hurt that the foliage is just so darn pretty to look at it!
Trax Farms makes it easy to get the whole family into the spirit of autumn. Stop by the farm this fall for a hayride and a scenic tour!
Fall Tours Are Fun for the Entire Family
By the time autumn hits, the cold months aren’t far off. You’ll want to get outside as much as possible and enjoy the lovely weather while it lasts, and we’ve got just the outdoor activity for you!
Between September 23rd and October 31st, you can pay a visit to Trax Farms for one of their Fall Tours. Running Monday through Friday every week, the one-hour tours start at 9:30 a.m. and conclude at 2:30 p.m. each day.
These Fall Tours are just $10 per person, making them an excellent choice for local families. You can even order a boxed lunch through the Tram Farms deli—just be sure to place your order at least 48 hours in advance.
The Perfect Autumn Activity
Life on any farm is bustling with activity. The Fall Tour hayride through the Trax fields isn’t just good for the scenery–it’s also a great time to learn about farm life.
During your tour, you’ll get to see growing produce, adorable farm animals, an active beehive, and much more. With your ticket, you’ll receive one crisp apple, a cider sample, and your very own pumpkin (perhaps for Halloween paintings or carvings?).
If you’re a teacher looking for a great class activity, feel free to book a group of up to 30 people. Two teachers are offered free admittance per tour group for your convenience!
Leaves Are Falling But Fun is On the Rise
Fall Tours aren’t the only exciting thing happening at Trax Farms this autumn. Their calendar is loaded with fun events, including evening hayrides and their 50th Annual Fall Festival. Connect with them on Facebook to see what else they have coming up!
